Position summary

Join Covidien as a Customer Service Representative and you’ll use your problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to guarantee quality service to customers around the globe. Working from our recently established European Services Centre in Dublin, you’ll manage the order process from begging to the end, being responsible for management of the customer account and ensuring client satisfaction.

Customer Service Centre

The Cherrywood Customer Service Centre (CSE) is a Global Business Unit within Covidien. CSE is the EMEA shared service centre for all customer transactions. It is a multi-national centre covering 16 markets with 21 different nationalities. Customer orders are received by phone, fax or email with over 4,000 orders received and processed on a daily basis with a weekly order value of $37 million.

Customer Service Representative's principle accountabilities:

- Efficiently managing customer queries and orders
- Management of the customer account
- Processing orders to high standards of quality
- Contributing to process improvements whenever possible

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

- Fluent English, Swedish + another Nordics language required
- Customer service experience with logistic/export background
- A Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)

Other skills:

- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within the team
- Excellent customer focus and drive for results
