Our client is a leading company in the sales, installation and service of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment throughout Ireland. They also offer pre-planned preventative maintenance programs to many of their clients. An opportunity has now arisen for a Service Desk / Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

If you have experience of working on a service desk and dealing with customers and clients, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company offering training and career progression prospects.

As a Service Desk / Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of administration duties for the service department.

You will deal with incoming service requests, log calls onto the system and assign, co-ordinate and close service jobs. Liaising with customers and field service engineers as required, you will co-ordinate the purchasing of parts, components and equipment to order to fulfil requirements.

Your other duties will include:

- Checking and approving supplier invoices
- Maintaining the on-call roster
- Assisting with the compilation of project and design files
- Preparing tenders, quotations and estimates for projects

To be considered for this key role, you must have experience gained within a similar customer service role dealing with client and customer queries. Equally important is your superb telephone manner, organisational skills and attention to detail. First class interpersonal, communication and admin skills are also key.

Due to the location of our client’s premises and the unavailability of public transport, the successful candidate must have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
