The Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Acquisition Manager who is eager to take their career to the next level. As part of an exciting and growing team you will have the opportunity to explore many new marketing channels across multiple markets while working in a dynamic team. This is a position for someone who wants to succeed but is happy to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects and who is firmly driven on results. Are you passionate about CPA targets? Do you understand the importance of conversion tactics? Do you stay awake at night thinking about creative acquisition campaigns? Then this is the role for you!
 
The Role

  • Develop the digital acquisition strategy and manage full execution of plans to achieve core KPIs across all acquisition channels including PPC, affiliates and display media
  • Develop the on-going strategy for PPC across multiple markets with further recruitment and development of the PPC team for multi-lingual markets
  • Develop the role of social media targeting different diaspora groups in multiple languages across many social media channels
  • Develop the SEO function including recruitment and strategy management
  • Define the affiliate strategy , building the programme and the team to become the largest acquisition channel for the online business
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to senior management on campaign success
  • Best in class delivery is critical for the role. Develop, design and drive consistency across all communications
  • Budget management is an integral part of this role as a strong return on investment should be demonstrated from each element of the plan
  • Manage key internal and external relationships

Key Attributes

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Highly analytical and target driven
  • Proven experience in managing a team who have achieved results
  • Strong commercial skills - strong business acumen
  • Strong digital marketing skills
  • Project management discipline
