The Company
A Leading global asset manager seeks to recruit highly ambitious funds Company Secretary Analyst to its Dublin office.

Working as part of the Fund Board Governance Team, based in London and Dublin you will report directly to a Director of Fund Board Governance in Dublin.
The Position
This is a new role which has been created due to the expansion of the Fund Board Governance Team in Dublin.  The successful candidate will report to the Dublin based Fund Board Governance Director and will be responsible for making the necessary arrangement for board meetings, assisting in the production of board packs, updating company records and preparing templates, reviewing and drafting documents and procedures, supporting the team with any other matters/projects. We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to priorities effectively. This role is likely to suit someone with experience of working in a similar environment with a long-term wish to build a career in a professional environment.

The key areas of focus for the successful appointee will include the following:

  • Assist in the setting of board and committee agendas, ordering papers and producing board packs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Liaise with facility providers, board and committee members and presenters in relation to board and committee arrangements.
  • Work, as part of the Fund Board Governance Team to ensure company secretarial matters are being properly managed. 
  • Updating company records and preparing templates.
  • Reviewing, updating and drafting documents and procedures as may be required.
  • Assisting in other matters/projects as they arise.
  • Deal with queries and requests, on a day to day basis, from board and committee members, the business and third party providers.
  • Assist in ensuring that board submissions are of a high standard and are suitable to lay before the board.
  • Assist in the closure of actions raised at board and committee meetings to ensure satisfactory resolution.
