Commissioning Supervisor for Frankfurt

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidate must of an understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems
Responsible for the commissioning and turn-over of the facility
Develop the commissioning procedures to suit project specific constraints
They will ensure that the steps of the ASHRAE commissioning system are followed correctly
Work with construction to ensure that construction activities are geared towards system commissioning and turn over
Work with the Engineers and QA/QC department to develop system boundaries, test packs, start-up procedures and O+M manuals
Work with the QA/QC and EHS departments to ensure the commissioning activities are carried out to the highest safety and quality standards
Responsible to the Project manager and he will appoint a representative to the Safety leadership team
Work with the Project scheduler to ensure all activities are carried out to schedule or to develop schedule recovery plan where required
Work with the Project team to ensure a seamless handover to the Client
Ensure all documentation and sign off’s are in place and saved to the document control system
Chair weekly commissioning meetings and issue meeting minutes.
Work with the clients commissioning team
Selection Criteria / Person Specification:
We are currently looking to recruit a Commissioning Supervisor for a Large Data Centre Project in Frankfurt in Germany. They must be a self- starter with the initiative and skills to manage his/her workload to meet necessary deadlines. Excellent time management, prioritising and communications skills are essential.
