Commercial Property Asset Manager. Primary Focus will be to enhance the value of property assets on behalf of Banks, Receivers and other clients. Also to provide high level strategic advise along with expertise in individual lease restructures.


The Company


Over the past four years the Irish property market has experienced significant change and Savills Ireland has demonstrated its ability to adapt to the realities of the new property market.  Due to the continued growth of new instructions we are now seeking to recruit an Asset Manager to join our Asset Management Team.


The Role


Reporting to the Director, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, however your primary focus will be to enhance the value of property assets on behalf of Banks, Receivers and other clients.  From high-level strategic advice to individual lease restructures, your expertise will ensure you can provide the best advice on all property matters. 


The Person


Ideally, we require candidates to have no less than three full years post qualification commercial experience, to include professional services and commercial agency.  Additional experience in property management would be an advantage.


The key focus is to recruit an individual with proven ability to provide first-class property advice and the client relationship management skills to match.  


The competencies we require and on which assessment will be based are as follows:


  • Demonstrate excellent client relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills
  • Demonstrate and exhibit strong asset management expertise
  • Have excellent technical skills combined with proven commercial acumen
  • Have a high degree of flexibility
  • Be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively on your own initiative
  • Have the capability to coach and mentor graduates and junior members of staff
  • A good understanding of Circle Investor and Developer and MS Word and Excel
  • Be technically competent and numerate with a thorough knowledge and appreciation of key issues influencing the market
  • Be a Chartered General Practice Surveyor (SCS I/ RICS)
