Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of policies from enrolment to renewal
  • Implementation of new business
  • To update the client database
  • To respond to client and broker queries and requests
  • To prioritise your workload in line with team targets
  • To ensure accuracy in all written correspondence to clients and brokers.
  • To provide excellent customer service to our clients and brokers, solving problems promptly and in a professional manner, preventing unnecessary delays 
  • To build positive and professional working relationships both internally and with brokers and clients
  • To participate in the training of newer team members.
  • To participate in the improvement of workflows and procedures
  • Work on ad hoc projects as and when required
Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role , in a an administrative capacity 
  • Experience working in pressurized environment with tight deadlines 
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential to this role
