Role overview
We’re currently seeking a Data Centre Coordinator  who will be based on-site with one of our clients in Dublin 15. This is a 11 -month contract which involves responsibility for all logistics and reporting. The Data Centre Coordinator works with developing Architects in Ireland and USA to deliver 1 day engagements for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own and define/refine the booking process for a data center
  • Liaise and be the point of contact for all users
  • Analyze the handover process and alter process and the CRM tool to improve accuracy and speed
  • Fully manage all aspects of tracking requests using the  CRM system
  • Document and track bugs and or change requests for the CRM system as required
  • Escalate to the  tool owner and track for resolution
  • Collect all the necessary information with Account Managers
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook to co-ordinate calendars
  • Manage logistics such as catering and transportation procurement (coordination of delivery, collection of receipts, and recording billing information)
  • Update the engagement schedule on a daily basis for all locations and ensure proper personnel coverage for all engagements
  • Document and measure impact of program by capturing and recording feedbacks, recording surveys, and following up on impact to sales
  • Define an issue resolution process and operationalize it and ensure SLA’s are met
  • Manage all aspects of program spend including planning, forecast and monthly tracking
  • Manage all vendors/suppliers to ensure they are meeting the needs of the program
  • Issue and manage POs to cover the costs associated with all engagements
  • Work with the assigned finance contact to ensure all monthly reconciliations are complete
  • Report all activity monthly to the Program Director
  • Provide quarterly activity and impact reports from the CRM tool
  • Review and update all internal and customer facing material as required

  • At least 1 year of previous working experience in the similar environment
  • Event management experience an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Group assistant/Exec assistant skills useful
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

  • Third level qualification preferred
Other information/circumstances

  • Overtime may be required on short notice and may include weekend, holiday, and evening hours
  • Candidate will require their own transportation to support engagements in either location
