Our client is a new company that designs, installs, operates and manages the biggest, fastest and most advanced telecommunications network in Ireland. It has been set up as a joint venture by Vodafone Ireland and H3G Ireland to provide high quality, high value mobile network facilities to both organisations. Netshare is a specialist organisation that combines a customer/commercial focus with technical excellence.  Our people are highly skilled, innovative and passionate about delivering state of the art mobile network services in a fast moving and innovative industry sector.  One of our key priorities will be the development of a cutting edge 4G network. 

This role involves supporting the management team to achieve its targets by collating and reporting, providing detailed analysis and feedback to the business stakeholders within the organization. This role will also drive and lead change initiatives where action is required.

The role requires a person with a “Can Do” attitude allied to a very strong proactive customer focus, and be highly results focused. This individual must show a willingness to take ownership and accountability.


  • Fully focused and professional “Change” champion
  • Design and implement reporting requirements to support Change Management agenda
  • Timely and appropriate response to any internal query.
  • Collaborative approach to working with transformation Management team and internal teams as required
  • Accountability and ownership for reporting and analysis queries which arise as a result of  System or Process efficiencies
  • Specific and quantifiable Change Management metrics
  • Clear evidence of contribution towards Continuous Improvement within internal systems
  • Contribution towards Achievement of challenging performance targets
  • Contribution towards Adherence toSLAmetrics and penalty avoidance
  • Reporting to defined deadlines
  • Accuracy of reports
  • Accurate filing and recording of information
  • Timely completion of administration tasks
  • Collaborative approach to working with transformation Management team and external partners as required
  • Engage with peers within team to ensure good working relationships and accuracy of data
  • Individual accountability for ensuring transformation Management KPI targets are attained
  • Provide detailed timely analysis and feedback to team,  in relation to Process Improvement initiatives as required
  • Identify and promote opportunities for Continuous service improvements
  • Effective communication with Business stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate progress and risks to all stakeholders as appropriate

This position reports to the Head of Business Operations


  • Significant experience in a commercial/consulting role
  • Significant experience developing, implementing and monitoring change programs
  • Transformation and change management experience
  • Stakeholder management
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship skills
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Have a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrate effective organisational, prioritisation, time-management and workload planning skills
  • Collaborative working style
