This role has responsibility to drive and deliver the acquisition marketing strategy for the Broker channel. The role will work closely with the B2B Marketing Manager to ensure commercial objectives and targets are achieved.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing successful marketing programmes through external 3rd parties
  • Developing trade plans for intermediary partners across a variety of operating models such as  SME, Personal Lines and call centre environments
  • Working closely with Sales Team to the delivery of marketing programmes, ensuring efficient processes are in place and actively managing all inter-functional stakeholders
  • Working closely with the retention team to ensure retention activation is delivered through channels as appropriate
  • Working closely with the consumer acquisition team to ensure channel needs are supported and endorsed at consumer level as appropriate
  • Proactive  approach to remediate business delivery with underperforming partners with an exact focus on results and consistent delivery


Skills / Competencies / Experience:

  • Strong, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
  • 2+ years general marketing experience, with experience of Broker channel
  • Strong understanding of the customer and how best to communicate with them
  • Analytical capability - commercial understanding and cost benefit analysis
  • Strong presentation skills
  • IT Skills - Proficient in Microsoft office and Powerpoint
  • Good leadership skills
  • Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Professionalism and resilience
  • Communicates clearly, accurately and convincingly both verbally and in writing
  • Detailed and analytical approach to work
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. can do attitude
