BID Coordinator for Dublin


Brightpath Recruitment Engineering & Life Sciences is currently seeking a Bid Coordinator to work for our client, an Irish-owned company in Dublin. Our client is a leader in delivering excellence in quality interior space to the fit out and refurbishment market as well as to the cleanroom and controlled environments to research and manufacturing facilities.

As Bid Coordinator you will join a growing team and work with the bid team to support the delivery of high quality creative Tender Proposals.


Key Accountabilities


  • Assist in the collation of all relevant information which meets Tender Requirements.
  • Assist in the completion of Prequalification questionnaires, HSEQ Questionnaires and expressions of Interests.
  • Ensure responses are completed on time for review and submission within the required timescales.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of a library of bid response material which meets brand guidelines
  • CV– proactively collating information to update CVs (new courses completed, CPD & ongoing project experience)
  • Project Sheet – updating all relevant project sheets to standardised format and creating new sheets for those not on file yet
  • Certificates & forms
  • Subcontractor Profiles
  • Assisting with ensuring all relevant information is centrally located for all key stakeholders involved within the bid process, including tender documentation & addendums.
  • Management of the internal intranet site



What you need to succeed


  • Bid Administrator with experience in the area
  • Excellent understanding of bid/tenders and be able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn to use new programmes (including InDesign & Microsoft Powerpoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail
