This is a superb role for a motivated and determined individual who is passionate about continuing to build a successful career in a truly innovative environment.

We are looking for a junior brand management professional who will develop the market and has the potential to deliver significant growth within a number of multinational brands within a leading distribution organisation. You will have full accountability for the category and its growth and sustainability.

We believe a great profile for this role should have the following:

  • Develop and implement Brand Strategy
  • Multi brand Experience
  • Develop ATL and BTL resources to fulfil planned objectives
  • Liaise with internal international contacts ensuring key decision points/communications criteria are met
  • Lead brand budget spend across segments to deliver an agreed strategy/objectives
  • Create and implement brand/pack formats according to consumer tastes and in line with brand strategy and consumer segment strategies
  • Evaluate brand performance against agreed measures/goals
  • Manage brand life cycle

As a minimum we would like to see:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience at ABM level
  • Experience and success in leading NPD
  • A strategic approach to achieving results
  • Ability to manage relationship with external agencies
  • Strong understanding of Consumer/Shopper insights
