Outstanding opportunity for a talented Assistant Brand Manager to join the marketing team of a leading beverage brand in Dublin.


Our client, a leading sports beverage brand, is looking for a commercial, vibrant, and strategic Assistant Brand Manager to join their marketing team. The Position:

As Assistant Brand Manager, you will support the marketing manager to drive continued brand growth of the brand an act as part of the wider marketing team while owning the activation of TTL campaigns within a multi-million-euro budget.

You will be responsible for analysis and interpretation of the P&L to inform strategy, analysis of annual marketing plans and performance vs the plans and interpretation of reports and data from external partners.

You will be part of the decision-making process regarding where budget should be spent on campaigns across the marketing mix; including BTL, Digital, experiential and sponsorship.

Liaising with key account managers to ensure optimal brand performance across these accounts and rolling out New Product Developments (NPD) programmes from packaging updates to brand new product launches are also key elements of this role.

The Person:

The successful Assistant Brand Manager will have a third level degree in marketing or a related discipline and be very commercial with demonstrated experience working on full P&L.

You will be very influential, proactive and energetic, not being afraid to challenge ideas and make things happen.

You will be passionate about FMCG and driving brand growth while also being very analytical with experience interpreting data to develop actionable insights.

You will have a proven success of developing and implementing brand strategy and be results oriented.
