Job Title: Group Pensions Administrator

Reports to: Group Manager, Customer Services

Business Unit: Operations

Location: One Park Place

Duration: 12 Months


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experience in administration of Group Pension Plans
  • Proven track record in the delivery of service excellence
  • Problem solving ability and pro-active approach to same
  • Experience in engagement with Scheme Trustees, Companies and Pension Managers
  • Good working knowledge of allocating pension contributions and adherence to Pensions legislation.
  • Issue of all necessary client documentation within required timeframes and co-ordinating overall output for the client
Knowledge, skills & experience

  • Proven track record in the delivery of service excellence
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent PC skills including good working knowledge of Excel
  • Problem solving ability and pro-active approach to same
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in a Pensions role
  • Knowledge of relevant sections of the Consumer Protection Code 2012
