Citco Technology Management is a division of the Citco Group of Companies, supporting multiple business areas within the Citco Group of Companies. 

About the Role:

The candidate would be involved in a large scale Banking System Implementation Project. The T24 implementation for phase 1 will complete in Q1 2018 and the successful candidate will be required to help support the implementation and provide post go live support. In addition to this, there will be opportunity to be involved in the Phase 2 implementation. The role requires the successful candidate to be:

  • Responsible for environmental support, working with the application teams, QA and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues
  • Contribute to the defect management process – investigate defects, defect fixing, packaging of fixes for inclusion in T24 releases
  • Adhere to T24 configuration management processes to keep control/track of all environment changes, preparing releases and run-books for deployments
  • Running end-of-day processes
  • Coordinating downtime to minimise UAT conflicts and data refreshes

About You:

  • 1 + years of application support
  • Experience with Unix, Jboss, Oracle is desirable.
  • T24 technical knowledge
  • Strong communication skills for working with business and IT stakeholders to manage application support issues.

 

This is a challenging and demanding role within a fast paced business unit requiring good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to think on your feet and react quickly to technical situations.
