The Role

We're looking for a smart cookie who has done (or can do!) the following:

  • Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills
  • Preparing and Processing of Invoices
  • Reconciling Statements – bank, debtors, creditors
  • Assisting the Financial team across all areas
  • Supporting the Recruitment Process i.e. post advertisements on job boards, schedule interviews, issue and control documentation
  • Assist and liaise with Managers regarding the completion of the recruitment process
  • Supporting the business to grow as it continues to increase in size
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • You should be computer literate with good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Willingness to take other duties that may arise and are deemed appropriate

Stuff you should be comfortable with:

  • Comfortable in a fast moving environment and ability to deliver under pressure
  • Well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail
  • Passionate about your work
  • Capable of interacting well with others as well as working on own initiative
