Location: Dublin City Centre

 

Role:

 

Our client is now seeking an Administrator to join their team in Dublin City Centre. This is a 12 month contract.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of financial, administrative and clerical tasks.

 

Role Responsibilities:

 

  • Will raise purchase orders, confirm receipt of goods and input staff expenses.
  • Assist with financials including arranging and recording outgoing payments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and processing expenses.
  • Management and procurement of office equipment and consumables.
  • Managing files and external communications (including financial and progress reports) to ensure the return of deliverables.
  • Organising, arranging and coordinating meetings and events - Scheduling appointments and meetings for team members.
  • Maintaining and managing files (paper and electronic), databases and contact lists.
  • Answering and directing centrally-received phone calls- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and centrally received emails.
  • Preparing reports and correspondence and assisting in editing website content.
  • Coordinating the work of other clerical and administrative staff.
  • Managing/ assisting with team member’s travel arrangements and bookings.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports (including quarterly budgets).
  • Preparing and distributing group mailings.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Must have previous administrative experience in a fast paced environment
  • Experience using Agresso Financial System or similar.
  • Candidates with experience in the higher education sector will have an advantage.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, being self-motivated and working well as part of a team.
