The role: Administrative Assistant, Legal

As an Administrative Assistant, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

This role is supporting Legal Directors and the team based in London. This is an exciting and demanding role for an experienced Admin assistant, who has strong communication and organisational skills and is used to working under pressure and collaborating with a wide variety of people while keeping the operations of the team moving forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner with extreme attention to detail including: calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports, meeting organisational deadlines.
  • Manage team offsites, events and activities.
  • Act as a focal point of contact with other departments and for external suppliers, including the handling confidential information to facilitate communication.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong work history, including experience as a PA to a team or manager, involving calendar management, event planning, leading projects, travel scheduling and booking, budgeting and minuting meetings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail and a proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • A shown ability to grasp new technologies, in addition to demonstrated interest in this product area.
