Purchasing / Accounts Administrator Our client, a leading organisation in West Dublin is looking to recruit an experienced Purchasing / Accounts Administrator to cover a 12 month maternity contract.

Our client, a leading organisation in West Dublin is looking to recruit an experienced Purchasing / Accounts Administrator to cover an 12 month maternity contract.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has similar experience dealing with suppliers and internal departments on behalf of the procurement team.

Some of the main skills required for the role include Reconciling supplier monthly statements, approving invoices for payment, Managing supplier accounts and matching purchase orders and supplier invoices.

The role is a varied role which also includes performing admin duties required by the procurement team, negotiating prices with suppliers, placing orders with assigned suppliers.

If you have excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and enjoy working in a busy, varied role, this could be the role for you!

Our client offers a competitive salary of up to 35K.
