We are dedicated to supporting the company's expanding base of advertisers, publishers and users in more than 40 languages on a global basis, leveraging our platform, network, and services to provide a robust affiliate ecosystem.

The role: Account Manager, Google Affiliate Network - London

As a Google Affiliate Account Manager, you will meet and beat growth expectations for affiliate marketing programs across a book of advertiser business. You will work with advertisers to understand their online acquisition objectives, develop strategies to successfully deliver performance- based advertising results and identify areas of optimization. In partnership with your advertisers, you will extend your clients??? reach to new consumers by building strong media relationships with key publishers. As your advertiser???s affiliate marketing channel expert, you will handle all aspects of program management from goal planning and publisher recruitment to analysis and program optimization. You will simplify the complex performance-based media landscape for your advertisers via best practices, negotiation skills, analytical approaches and problem-solving capabilities. You will work with a variety of internal functions to set your advertisers up for success and exceed your advertisers??? objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow advertisers??? affiliate marketing programs via affiliate publisher network in alignment with the advertisers??? channel objectives.
  • Evangelize your advertisers??? value proposition across the publisher network.
  • Develop a pipeline of productive publisher relationships.
  • Optimize against key program levers, including relationships, incentives, placements, and policy, to yield effective return on your advertiser???s media spend.
  • Lead and coordinate all operational aspects of an advertiser???s account, including planning, ad trafficking, invoicing, publisher communications, incentive design, and program optimization.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
  • Agency experience in media side or relevant internet marketing experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Aptitude for consultative sales in a hyper-competitive market environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and account management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and independent thinker.
  • Comfort in data-driven marketing analysis.
  • Fluency (written and spoken) in both English and German.
