Quantcast is looking for a high energy, outgoing personality who loves technology and providing exceptional service to clients. We are looking for someone who would jump at the prospect of building close consultative partnerships with clients varying from advertisers only starting to come online to some of the largest and most prestigious online marketers in the world. Working closely with our sales, product, engineering and optimization teams; this position will facilitate the day-to-day relationships with our clients and will also be responsible for data analysis and reporting, as well as some QA and campaign management duties.

 

Quantcast is bringing to market new ways to understand and utilize advertising data. Quantcast’s new products aim to cause a paradigm shift in the online ad industry on the scale not seen since the advent of 3rd party ad serving.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as day to day point of contact for a set of clients
  • Assist the Client Strategists in providing service to Tier 1 accounts
  • Project management on multiple initiatives to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Own communications with clients around implementation, tagging strategy, data analysis, campaign performance and Quantcast’s best practices   
    • Drive adoption and long-term engagement with Quantcast products
    • Up-sell clients to new Quantcast products as they are rolled out

 

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years client-facing experience with an online advertising agency, internet publisher or ad network in a Client Services or Account Management role
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
    • Strong working knowledge of online advertising, ad serving processes, and technology
    • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Excellent Analytical skills
    • Skilled in Excel  (especially pivot tables) and PowerPoint
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to QA own work
