Job description:Client Services Advisor with fluent German required asap for dynamic multinational organisation inGalway.

This role will see the successful candidate work with partner senior management and the field sales organisation to develop a targeted plan, aligned with the partner’s business plan, which in turn would see you responsible for executing that enablement plan with the partner. This involves delivering a range of tailored services to improve the performance of the partner in all their operational areas, including marketing, sales support, implementation methodologies, customer support etc.This in turn sees the client benefit from the extensive portfolio of enablement services, ultimately adding unique value as their relationship manager.

Key Objective

To focus on increasing partner satisfaction and productivity, while contributing to my client’s growth strategy. Build strong relationships inside the organisation, to ensure that there is full alignment in communicating with the partners.

Requirements:

Education

  • Business/IT Degree or equivalent Experience

Professional background:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in any of the following areas
  • Consulting
  • Pre Sales
  • Professional services & support roles
  • Partner management
  • Account Management in the Software / IT Industry sector

Technical:

  • Experience with support systems, message handling and remote communication tools
  • IT/Software industry background is an advantage

General skills:

  • Clear understanding of partnership management in IT space.
  • Knowledge of sales/marketing & partner relationship process
  • Demonstrable strong interpersonal and team-working abilities, coaching skills an advantage.
  • Relationship building/networking capabilities
  • Customer focused and service-oriented attitude, Pre-sales, sales or account management experience preferred

Communication and Personal skills:

  • Fluent German & English language essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presenting:confidence in presenting to partners using remote technologies such as NetMeeting/Webex. Experience in remote selling or support would be an advantage
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Highly self motivated and performance orientated.
