To work as part of team to bake and produce high quality bakery products in line with company standards. To deliver first class customer service.
- Ensure all interactions with customers are courteous and professional and all customer queries and complaints are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner.
- Work as part of team to produce and bake all products to the company standard using the company recipes and specifications.
- To ensure all bakery products are finished and displayed to the highest standard.
- To assist in the production planning process.
Health and Safety:
- Conduct all duties in accordance with food, health, safety and Q/A requirements.
- To follow the “clean as you go” policy and end of day clean downs and ensure all relevant documentation has been completed.
Sales and Waste Targets:
- To assist the Bakery Management team in delivering the departments financial KPI’s through sales promotion, waste control, quality control and availability.
- Ensure all waste incurred during your shift is recorded correctly.
- To assist in the support and implementation of all company procedures and any new initiatives for in-store bakeries.
- The contract is an 18-25 hour contract working 5 over 7 days Monday to Sunday.
