Due to tremendous developments on this site in recent years, our client, a major global player in their industry globally are looking to recruit a Quality Process Improvement Manager to oversee optimisation of all plant processes with a major focus on Environmental and Quality process standards.

Due to tremendous developments on this site in recent years, our client, a major global player in their industry globally are looking to recruit a Quality Process Improvement Manager to oversee optimisation of all plant processes with a major focus on Environmental and Quality process standards.

  

 

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the engineering team develop hygienic engineering design standards in a medium to large scale manufacturing site.

  

• Responsible for end to end optimisation of standards across all plant processes across production, filling and packing, utilities and raw material intake

 

• Establish performance standards and optimise performance across quality engineering standards

 

• Work closely with Plant Qualification Lead to qualify/re-qualify processes to the appropriate performance KPIs.

 

• Act as Process Subject Matter Expert and technical support for all production impacting issues relating to Quality Engineering standards

 

• Support validation activities and cleaning verification

 

• Ensure testing is performed as per product specification requirements and cGMP

 

• Monitor, report and trend on data and develop corrective actions relating to the environment and production processes

 

• Engage with stakeholders including Quality and Production teams in the prioritisation, development, design and testing and implementation of new or enhanced processes

 

• Ownership of microbiological driven documentation including design, development and roll-out of SOP’s, Policies and training documentation

 

• Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to enhance performance in Environmental standards

 

 

 

• Work with training to design, plan and deliver training to new and existing employees including Completion of Quality Systems documentation relating to Change Control and Event Reports.

 

 

Role Requirements

 

 

• A third level qualification in Food Science, Engineering or equivalent required

 

• A minimum of 5 years experience in FMCG / Pharma manufacturing sectors with particular experience in Process / Production Engineering management in a GMP environment.

• Ability to analyse data, recognise trends and recommend actions to drive continuous improvement
