Reporting to the Marketing & IT Director, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to help build, develop and take ownership the Marketing function in a multi-site, nationwide company.

 

This role will require a highly organised manager with a hands on style who can demonstrate a strong analytical / data driven approach to your work. It will require someone who can work independently to establish new and refine existing processes.

The marketing role has a strong focus on retention – through the use of our loyalty club, in-house promotions, marketing automation and direct marketing and so would suit someone with marketing experience in those areas. Gaming industry experience is beneficial but is not essential.

Coastline Gaming are a Gaming and Casino Company in Ireland. Coastline Gaming is Headquarters in Dublin with seven locations throughout the country Coastline Gaming is truly at the forefront of the Casino and Gaming Industry in Ireland.

As Coastline Gaming enters an exciting new phase of growth, we are recruiting a Marketing Manager to join our small team based in our Dublin HQ.

As a part of management team you will have full responsibility for the Marketing function including (but not limited to):

Strategy

Lead strategy and provide hands-on guidance on the design, delivery and execution of marketing plans across multiple business units.

Engage with each business to develop a marketing plan and budget relevant to that business unit.

Develop and execute long and short-term marketing strategies to promote our multiple businesses, increasing target market penetration, enhancing overall revenues and supporting retention goals.

Promotions

Lead the planning, implementation and creative development of the Marketing Calendar.

Create and oversee new direct marketing campaigns (through measurement of the effectiveness of past direct marketing campaigns as well as A/B testing of new ideas)

Drive scheme enhancements that will add value for customers, such as redemption, vouchers & in-house promotions

Communications

Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns Create customer journeys.

Create copy for our promotional posters, SMS, emails and social channels.

Create customer journeys to be implemented using our marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud / ExactTarget)

Analysis & Reporting

Develop KPIs (individual and department) to provide transparency on business and individual objectives.

Closely monitor measure and report on marketing effectiveness and conduct analytics (planned & ad hoc) to support marketing performance optimisation.

Working closely with key stakeholders to develop new tools and systems to leverage those we already have for customer analysis, profiling & segmentation.

Qualification, Experience & Competencies Required

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Marketing Manager, Loyalty Manager, Direct Marketing Manager. (Executives, if they have relevant experience will also be considered)

Experience in Gaming (online or off-line) not required although it is nice to have.

Proven analytical skills (extract and interpretation of data). Proficient in excel.

Candidates will be proactive, self-starters and have a proven record of working on their own initiative to devise and implement marketing plans that have delivered business results.

Proven organisational, communication and leadership skills are essential.

The job is based in Dublin. However, travel may be required occasionally to oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and staff training in our various locations.
