Global banking institution based in South Dublin.

Description

  • Assist in completion of regulatory returns across a range of European countries.

  • Co-ordinate/assist in the ongoing projects for the development of updates to regulatory returns and delivery of reports across branches in various jurisdictions.

  • Assist in the preparations and/or review of Financial Statements in IFRS and local GAAP if required.

  • Responsibility for embedding new products into Regulatory reporting structures.

  • Co-ordinate the preparation of ad hoc reporting requests from Group internal functions.
  • Coordination with related functions (Corporate Accounting, Accounting Policy, and External Reporting) as appropriate to ensure consistent reporting.

Profile

As the successful candidate, you will meet the following:

  • Holds or is studying for an accounting qualification or equivalent

    • Financial Services & Banking industry related experience preferred

    • Experience in financial statement preparation and/or Regulatory Reporting

    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

    • Strong analytical & project management skills
