My client is seeking an administration professional, to provide effective administration to both the recruitment team and the training & development officers.

Recruitment Administrator

My client is seeking an administration professional, to provide effective administration to both the recruitment team and the training & development officers.

The role:

  • The delivery of high level of administration support to the Training & Recruitment Team.
  • Coordination of Training Events to include the booking of training rooms, updating and amending the training calendar
  • Maintenance of the Integrity of the Core Training Personnel System.
  • Screening of CVs including telephone screening of candidates
  • Coordination & facilitation of Assessment Centres.
  • Conducting reference checks for successful candidates.
  • Preparation of Contracts of Employment and relevant paperwork for colleagues.
  • Preparation of non-compliance reports for training.
  • Monitoring compliance of all Security colleagues in line with regulations.
  • Monitoring and driving compliance for the company in line with regulations.
  • Ensuring personnel files are up to date and file audits are completed as and when required.
  • Provide high level administrative support to the wider HR team, Regional HR Managers and Systems and Resourcing Managers as required
  • Administration of Cycle to Work & Tax Saver scheme.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualification preferred
  • Strong administration skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Knowledge of CoreHR desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Confidentiality, Integrity & Trust
  • Results Orientation, with ability to prioritise work load
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
