ABOUT THE ROLE

CXC have secured a number of Strategic Outsourced Programmes with Large Global Enterprises across EMEA.

CXC design, manage and deliver outsourced contractor management programmes ( CMO & MSP ) across the Globe. We would like to hire an experienced Resourcing & Client Account Manager who will be responsible for working with our Client and Contractors to ensure that they receive the best possible service from CXC including:

Client Service Director will be responsible for the management and delivery of our leading edge CMO and MSP solution for a number of Named Accounts in EMEA

Your time will be split between home working and our client sites around EMEA.

The successful person for this role will directly manage & partner with client stakeholders including Procurement, Resourcing, HR Finance, Operations and also work with our Technology Partner to ensure programme acceptance and user adoption.

OTHER THINGS YOU MIGHT LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Account / Relationship Management

  • Contribute to account / relationship management related requirements in the implementation of new client solutions
  • Establish and develop relationships across the client’s business including senior managers / directors and hiring managers with niche and volume resourcing requirements
  • Liaise with the internal direct sourcing team (where applicable) to ensure alignment with strategy and delivery
  • Responsible for the candidate / Contingent Worker care and management through to termination
  • Responsible for ensuring the 100% adherence to all respective legal & compliance, license & certification, referencing, client specific documentation and requirements are satisfied and other documentation and / or requirements as part of the induction and on-boarding process, ongoing Contingent Worker assignment and termination
  • 1st CXC escalation point of contact for hiring managers, suppliers, candidates and Contingent Workers

WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE:

  • Proven experience delivering service assurance and reassurance programmes on an onshore, nearshore and offshore basis
  • Extensive experience in relationship management of corporate accounts in a MSP or RPO environment
  • Experience working with VMS Partners e.g.: Beeline Or Fieldglass
  • 2-4 years experience in managing small sized resourcing or client service teams
  • Proven experience in identifying and developing internal talent
  • Proven experience in assisting change management initiatives
  • Proven experience working in a MSP, RPO or Managed Service Programme
  • English Speaker

Required experience:

  • 5 Years Client Service Experience in a MSP or RPO environment
  • 2 Years Project Implementation experience
  • Designed and Delivered Client Service Improvement Programmes
