My Client are recruiting for a store manager for there Agri supplies stores in the midlands.
Agri Store Manager
Key Deliverables in this role will include:
- Manage the branch in line with the set annual budgets
- Develop customer relationships and grow the sales across all our product ranges in both Agri and Retail
- Manage the day-to-day operations, people, costs and sales.
- Manage the green grain operations efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure efficient stock management.
- Ensure the branch presentation is to the highest standards.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service to all customers both Agri and Retail.
- A strong and wide knowledge of all Agri sectors.
- Have an excellent understanding of retail standards and possess a flair and keen interest in this area.
- The successful candidate would ideally have a professional qualification in Agriculture or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems- SAP, EPOS and Microsoft Office.
- Be highly motivated with the ability to lead and develop a team of people.
- Have strong communication skills and an ability to work within a team environment.
- Be results orientated and possess a keen commercial awareness.
