The job in a nutshell

Provide proactive HR business partnering expertise to senior leaders across the business to enable achievement of business goals and our people strategy. Lead the design and delivery of a broad range of strategic and operational HR projects to achieve our HR strategy and effectively transform our business. Identify and implement interventions to improve the HR offering in a collaborative team based environment. Lead the design and delivery of key projects and initiatives that enables our culture and our people to role model our behaviours.

What else is involved
- Effectively partner with business leaders providing proactive HR support.

- Own, lead and participate in HR projects and programmes end to end supporting the alignment of people processes, culture, systems and employee experience

- Project manage, plan and implement peopleinitiatives to enable business areas to achieve their goals.

- Work with others across the function to achieve the goals of the broader HR function collaborating effectively with all team members and maintaining HR service levels to ensure a HR experience of doing the basics brilliantly

- Lead the planning, communication and implementation of HR interventions, services, processes or policies effectively across the business

- Provide coaching and support to people leaders on various initiatives and change programmes and day to day requirements

- Advise on, develop and implement HR initiatives, programmes and processes incorporating best practice and fresh thinking to support the people strategy

- Identify and implement innovative interventions to drive employee engagement and motivation to support a high performance culture

- Ensure relevant policies are designed and managed with the employee experience and business goals in mind.

The skills we are looking for
- Excellent collaborative relationships with business and HR colleagues

- Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders

- Proven experience and capability to project manage, lead and implement a wide range of HR programmes and projects

- Strong technical hr knowledge across broad range of disciplines

- Strong experience and a thorough understanding of HR processes and practices

- Thrives on working in ateam based environment and supporting others to achieve our HR goals

- Ability to manage high workloads & conflicting priorities

- Collaborative style and a good team player

- Strong customer focus mindset

- High level of personal resilience, able to remain highly effective and flexible in dynamic culture changing business circumstances

- Good understanding of in-country employment legislation

- Ideally educated to degree level - 8 - 10 years` experience of working as a HR Partner /Generalist
