Digital Marketing Manager

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Passionate about both Fashion and the Digital Environment (especially Social Media) in equal measure.
  • Experience, flair and a love of fashion retailing. Proven track-record of building a web-shop business.
  • You must be confident, energetic and enthusiastic with the hunger and ambition to drive a growing business.


YOU WILL

  •  be customer focussed, starting with the customers’ needs and working back
  •  understand the importance of service-delivery excellence
  • have a proven ability for delivering strategic growth in a fashion business
  • be commercially minded
  •  effortlessly build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels
  •  have an extensive knowledge of, and contacts in, the online environment
  • understand when to action tasks yourself and when to delegate to experts
  •  have a clear understanding of key online marketing priorities and have excellent communication and team management abilities


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • In consultation with the Directors - Creation and delivery of the company’s ecommerce strategy
  • Ongoing weekly / monthly measurement and reporting to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of all aspects of performance and strategy
  •  Accountable for overall success of our web-shop but, penultimately driving Revenue and Profitability of the ecommerce operation


As our ‘Digital Marketing Manager’ you will:

  • Provide weekly/monthly updates on key KPI’s and all live digital activities
  •  Implement change based on site performance to maximise site traffic and conversion rates
  • Provide regular competitor intelligence
  •  Develop and support the content team for the web-site
  • Create efficiencies by developing your Service Provider network, always measuring performance based upon results
  • Manage, develop and grow the ecommerce team
