The position:

This 4* Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Parties to join its brigade. Working in a large team you will deliver high standards of food, possess excellent team work skills and seek to be consistently improving your professional development.

Person Requirements

  • Relevant experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4*/5* property
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in menu development and current food trends
  • A strong working knowledge of HACCP procedures
  • 3rd level Qualification in Culinary Arts/Professional Cookery preferred
