Hotel Junior Sous Chef - Dublin City - €DOE


The position:

This 4* Hotel is looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join its brigade. Working in a team of approx. 14 you will deliver high standards of food, possess excellent team work skills and seek to be consistently improving kitchen standards through people and the food output.

Person Requirements

  • Relevant experience as a Senior Chef in a 4*/5* property
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in menu development and knowledge of current food trends
  • 3rd level Qualification in Culinary Arts/Professional Cookery preferred
