Customer Service Representative

 

Primary Responsibility:
Assist customers on any after sales queries via phone, NetSuite tickets and e-mail. Work with other internal departments to research accounts and answer customer account questions. Offer backup to Order Management team through assisting with credit card orders and other quote to cash transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer all customer inquiries via ticket, e-mail and phone
• Responsible for maintaining customer record and assets and making changes when requested by the customer
• Process customer requests to merge accounts / transfer assets and account audits
• Assist sales and support staff with customer account questions
• Responsible for talking/explaining to customers about account maintenance and renewals
• Assist Order Management team with customers and account research
• Take credit card orders via phone
• Backup Order Management team to assist processing orders and transactions for Company products
• Perform other administrative support duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience required in a high volume Customer Service environment
• Ability to multi-task and work within a team environment
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills
• Capability to follow documented process and procedures in timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of secure information
