Pay increases and career progression, senior chemist roles and more specialised areas of chemistry within the QC department based not only on experience but on qualification
Pay and salary, career progression and benefits for the employees
Subsidised canteen and a good bunch of colleagues to work with
Training and to acknowledge people more in the work that they do

The blame culture hasn't taken hold just yet. People are friendly and honest.
Upper management are poor. Only want to win. Have lost the knowledge of how long things take to get done properly. Win at all costs.
The relationship I have with certain colleagues
Better communication, remuneration, benefits, career progression and training.
Scale of operation. It's not too big to be forgotten working there but it's small enough to get a lot of experience.
Wages are generally low, bonus incentives are not broad enough to be inclusive at all levels and no perks like health insurance which is odd in the pharma industry.
