Busy! Which is great as it means the day goes by really quickly. Another good thing is the variety; no two days are the same.
  3. What qualifications do you have/what is your previous work experience?
I have a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business &l Information Systems. I have over 10 years' experience in Customer Service/Account Management working with various companies around the world. 5. What other skills do you need in your job?
I think the people skills which I developed throughout my experience in Customer Service have been invaluable in this role. I didn't have a background in sales but the company provided sales training for me and I have really appreciated how this has helped me progress in the International Account Manager role.

Be prepared to work hard! But this is a company that rewards hard work and encourages its staff to excel so it's a wonderful place to progress your career. There is a lot to learn, especially in the first couple of weeks, but the training is good and the job is very satisfying.
