Tech Group Europe is beginning a major recruiment drive at it’s expanded manufacturing and product development facility in Dublin 15.
The new, bigger facility will be manufacturing a complex injectable device for the diabetes market.
With the expansion due to finish shortly and production starting later this year the HR team at Tech Group are kicking off their recruitment campaign now.
Eamonn Kelly, the HR representative for Tech Group Europe, is keen to hear from process engineers and automation engineers with experience in the medical device manufacturing sector.
Kelly also says the company also has a number of technician roles it is hoping to fill including jobs for process technicians and maintenance technicians.
Tech Group Europe is part of the Tech Group, a subsidiary of West Pharmacmaceutical Services Inc.
The Dublin 15 facility was established in Ireland in 1998 and became part of West in 2005 when the firm acquired the operation.
The company recently announced plans to open a second facility in Waterford creating 150 new jobs.
Established in 1923, West operates numerous sales, manufacturing, customer support, and research and development facilities in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
It had 2013 sales of about $1.4 billion.
