Accountancy – Qualified & Part Qualified – salaries 2015

Reading Time: 2 minutes

The job market for newly qualified candidates is very bouyant due a reduced intake in numbers in 2009 and 2010. More and more newly qualified candidates are remaining in ireland to progress in practice, industry or financial services. This increased competition for candidates has pushed salary levels up slightly.

Companies trying to attact part qualified or accounts staff are now providing study leave with employees expecting at least 1 to 2 days per exam plus the day of the exam itself. Full or part payment of exam fees is standard as companies who are expanding are now readily investing in their workforce.
