Our high-quality and innovative training, education and eLearning interventions are aimed at building the competence and confidence of health service managers and staff. Our programmes and related services are wide-ranging and include training needs analysis, programme design, development and delivery in addition to FETAC accredited courses. All our programmes are healthcare specific, practical in nature and designed to encourage group interaction.

Through our bi-monthly ezine, Health Manager, we keep Irish healthcare managers informed and up to date. With topical articles, guest and regular contributors, timely advice and much more our ezine is at the forefront of contemporary health service matters. Our website, www.hmi.ie is our first point of contact for members and non-members alike and serves as a useful resource for information, comment and product offerings.

Involve

The activities of the HMI are focused at the inclusion and involvement of all of our members. Our regional structure assures local engagement. HMI also hosts regional meetings, regular forums and conferences, where guest speakers, leaders in their area of expertise, address issues of continuing importance across the health sector. We encourage members to participate and engage with the topics and speakers.
