Management responsibilities includes, setting structure, identifying appropriate talent, developing job descriptions, objectives, MAR's, Key Performance Indicators and performance goals.
The individual will have a broad dynamic role supporting the business partners to the R&D, AO & CIA teams, providing meaningful business analysis on financial and business related issues.
