To co-ordinate the delivery of key, large, prioritised projects, programmes and processes as defined by the Customer Operations business teams to achieve continuous improvement, make efficiencies and introduce new functionality.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide support to Paddy Power customers with any Sports and eGaming queries through phone, chat, e-mail and social support, in order to deliver a world class customer experience.
The key success metric for the Marketing Technology Director is to lead on automation and the scaling of operations across the marketing department, primarily through improving how we bring and use data in our marketing tooling which will ensure we are more impactful in our actions
The UK & I Manager will be responsible for managing the Sports Partnership program specific to UK&I. The primary responsibility is to meet the agreed commercial and campaign demands of both the Paddy Power and Betfair brand.
Reporting to the Head of ROW, this role will take responsibility for the customer facing proposition, business development/strategy and P&L for all markets located within Europe. The role will also have line management of all Commercial executives, for countries/languages located within the region.
