Henderson Wholesale supplies over 400 SPAR, EUROSPAR, VIVO, VIVOXTRA and VIVO Essentials stores across Northern Ireland from its warehouse in Mallusk and provides support for independent retailers who trade under one of the Henderson Group brands.

Henderson Retail owns and operates over 70 SPAR, EUROSPAR, VIVO and VIVOXTRA stores in Northern Ireland. Many of these are petrol forecourt sites, affiliated with the major oil brands. Henderson Retail is one of the top players in the UK independent market and Northern Ireland’s largest independent fuel site operator. The business continues to receive industry recognition for its achievements.

Henderson Foodservice is the market leading food service business in Northern Ireland originally established as TNB Ltd in 1967. Henderson Foodservice offers a comprehensive service to the catering industry with a broad product range including chilled, frozen and grocery products. The pioneering franchise café chain The Streat, is also part of Henderson Foodservice.

Henderson Group Property are specialists in the acquisition and development of retail outlets, particularly petrol forecourts and neighbourhood retail schemes. It consists of a strong in-house team of professionals who provide a full service from acquisition to project management.
