Few upsides and massive downsides

The Best Bits

Occasional after-work events after busy periods, some of the people in the office were nice

Things to improve

Very little work/life balance, for 7/8 days per month you could be working 10+ hours per day with no overtime paid. Miscommunications between offices created pointless delays and massive frustrations

Good remuneration & benefits, relaxed culture, career progression

Can get monotonous at times but once you show an ability to complete your work they will give you more exposure to other funds
