Over the past 20 years DEM Machines LTD. have worked extremely hard at identifying the exact requirements of most of the major multi-national companies in Ireland. By providing both standard and custom built weighing solutions to meet these requirements D.E.M. has grown from strength to strength and are now recognised as the largest Irish owned manufacturer of industrial weighing solutions in Ireland.

We are based in Naas, Cork and Sheffield offering a Sales and Service facility on a wide range of Weighing Equipment which includes, our Digital Indicators type WI-350, WI-6A & WI-15; Stainless Steel Electronic Platform and Bench Scales; Industrial Weighing Systems for all applications; Counting Scales and Laboratory Balances. We also carry out Electronic Conversions to all types of Mechanical Scales. All our hardware is manufactured in Naas, thus allowing us flexibility should there be requirements for special installations.

Our in house team of software engineers at DEM have developed the new Touch Screen JPC data capture terminal. This is essentially a Harsh Environment P.C. and the software can be written in-house to meet a customers requirements or alternatively it can be interfaced with an existing network. The JPC is essentially an industrial P.C. however it is now used as standard by DEM on all our Data Capture Systems.
