The Customer Services Desk Representative will manage the front desk at each location. The CSD representative will ensure that all employees and visitors to the location will receive excellent customer service on their arrival in to the building.
This role involves managing receivables by liaising with both client and Accenture resources across a number countries to expedite payment and resolve any issues with respect to market as specified ( Swedish etc ).
Responsible for executing and providing supporting documentation to facilitate internal review activities, including process reviews, segregation of duties reviews, procedures reviews, and other global controls reviews.
The Total Rewards Strategic Change Team is responsible for developing and deploying appropriate change management approaches and tactics that drive business adoption in the digital world for Total Rewards.
