My client is offering the most exciting oportunity for TAMs in Ireland. We are the number 1 agency for this company and can give you considerable feedback and help through the intervirew process

As more and more large enterprises move their critical systems to the cloud, My client requires TAMs to ensure a flawless customer experience. The TAM functions as part of the Developer Support team to ensure key enterprise customer success in building applications and services on the WEB platform. The TAM provides assistance to the customer as an expert on the full line of WEB services and the customer’s architecture in support of strategy questions, project planning and launch and ongoing operational issues. TAMs are engaged at the account level in providing recommendations and proactive advice through all phases of the implementation life cycle.

Assigned to Enterprise Accounts and acts as a single point of contact
Field all cases from Enterprise customers during business hours
Open tickets with other software companies, back channel, if needed
Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customer
Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning
Make recommendations on how new WEB SERVICES offerings fit in the company architecture
Champion and advocate for customer requirements within WEB SERVICES (e.g. feature request)
Work directly with Web Service/Linux/networking/scripting engineers & system administrators to ensure that customer issues are resolved (e.g. server load balancing)as expediently as possible

The ideal person will be highly technical and analytical,e.g. possess 5-7 years of implementation / consulting experience/ system administration/ scripting background
Previous experience as a TAM or at least a very similar role in a large enterprise customer environment is pretty much essential
