The Social Care Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day line management and supervision of the Social Care team
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with people living in Cheshire residential centres, their families and staff to discover, design and coordinate new living options in the community.
The main purpose of these roles is to support service users in all aspects of their daily lives and activities as per their individual needs and care plans to enable them to live a life of their own choosing.

Operating out of a social model of disability, you will have responsibility for assisting Cheshire service users to access and integrate in a purposeful way with the local community.
