Core Staffing:A 24 hour on-call service providing a broad range of care and support services for those in need, in residential and community based settings.

We are looking for energetic, personnel who will support service users with varying levels of disabilities and challenging behaviour.

• Relevant third level qualification (Diploma ,Degree) in Social Care, Social studies, Social Sciences or other relevant qualifications
  
• or relevant experience. 
• Experience of working with people with challenging behaviour or physical / intellectual disability  is desirable.
• Have a genuine empathy for people in their care.
• Enthusiastic, proactive self-motivators who can provide a holistic service of the highest quality.
• Have a proven track record or interest of delivering a professional and experienced service
