The Opportunity

Deloitte have an exciting career opportunity for experienced .Net developers within Deloitte's Technology Integration Team. The purpose of this role is to help clients realise the business value from IT.

Using the latest .Net technologies such as Asp.Net MVC and WCF you will be continually encouraged to devise innovative solutions, to help our clients manage and deliver the operational elements of technology. You will develop your technical and business skill set across industry sectors. You will work on diverse and varied projects with our clients to transform or develop their technology strategy.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across a number of different sectors. We provide a challenging and exciting work environment with scope for personal development and on-going training.

Technology Integration Services

Our team is passionate about using the latest technologies and tools to build enterprise scale web based solutions.

In Technology Integration we have a strong team whose technology advisory skills are underpinned by real-life experience in design, development, configuration and testing of technology solutions. Our consultants have been involved in enterprise scale programme based on .Net and JEE platforms for clients in a range of industries and sectors.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Designing enterprise scale solutions in collaboration with clients
Design and delivery of leading edge and innovative solutions to client needs using .Net messaging technologies
Learning and using agile developmental techniques.
Learning and exploiting cloud computing technologies
Creating high quality solutions that are validated using approaches such as Test driven development
Leveraging and utilising Industry design patterns to deliver scalable and extensible solutions

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

3+ Years C# .Net/VB.Net development experience on large client solutions
Deep knowledge of Asp.Net Web services
Experience developing Windows Services and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) based solutions
Database design and experience using either Oracle or MS SQL Server
Excellent knowledge of ADO.Net and strong database programming experience
Experience using ADO.Net Entity Framework
Enterprise messaging and SOA delivery experience
Strong understanding of LINQ
Deep analysis and design skills
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Strong team player

Preferable Skills

Experience delivering business solutions using the Asp.Net MVC Framework
Experience developing and deploying Cloud computing
Knowledge of MS CRM 4.0 or Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
Agile development experience
Automated web testing experience
