Applicants should have a recent background in Consulting (3 years+) with experience in a number of the following disciplines:

• Process Improvement
• People and Change Management
• Organisation Design
• Cost Reduction and Outsourcing
• Project Management 
• Business and operational Strategy
• Lean and Six Sigma methods and Financial Services, Utilities and Healthcare industry experience would be an advantage.

The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to continue to build on their existing skills and add strategic business focused consulting skills enabling them to operate at a more senior level and add greater value. The successful candidate will have very strong inter-personal skills and will be driven and ambitious
